About M7510 2.5inch HDD Problem

I have Dell M7510 model. and there are some problem with booting with 2.5inch SSD.

I tested with several SSD but same problem was occurred. SSD was not recognize ..

So I buy m.2 ssd and it is ok.

Is it problem of cable or motherboard?

Here is Korea and I bought this laptop in USA.. and ownership can not be transferred because of the seller did not provide information for the ownership transfer.

Is it possible to fix this problem. for free. if I send to Dell service center in USA?

There are warranty period remain...

If it is possible.. please let me know where to send this laptop.

Thanks for posting.

If you are under warranty in the USA, you can return it to the depot for repairs, however the cost of shipping and the return shipping will be your responsibility.  The depot will only send it back to a USA address, so you will need to make arrangements to get it sent to you.

As you said.. I need to send this laptop to dell depot...

First of all... I have to find address to send and another problem is.. how can I open request....
