RE: About upgrading graphics card

Only if you have a very old system - 7-8 years old or more, and only in a very limited way.  On anything newer - no.

The answer is no - all Inspirons from the last better part of a decade have GPUs soldered to the system board or integrated into the CPU -- no upgrade is possible.

If you need a better GPU, you need a newer system -- or a higher-line model.  Inspirons span the range from very basic to mid-range -- depending on why you want a better GPU, you may wish to consider an XPS or Alienware system (while Inspirons are OK for casual gaming, for example -- anything beyond that really requires XPS or Alienware).
