Actually not about hardware , but related to software

There is a option of desktop mode in battery options for protecting from excess charging. I want to tell that this is useless for new inspiron , as it is for use more than 2 weeks directly to supply(AC). But in previous version of XPS(2011 model) it has direct option of disconnect battery from charging which is much more of utilization . I request to update this software for direct disconnecting battery from charging.
