Admin password
PLEASE tell me how to set my Admin password! If it was already set when I bought the laptop, can I change it?? I can't update anything without this password. Thank you !!

You need to call Dell and verify your ownership of the system (if the system was purchased used or other than from Dell, the registered owner MUST TRANSFER ownership to your name BEFORE you call).
There is a standard support call charge.
