Alienware 15 R2 Returned from repair center SCRATCHED

Had to send my alienware 15 r2 in for repairs under warranty, received my laptop back this morning after 4 weeks, the lid cover is heavily scratched (this had no scratches prior to sending in for repairs) the macro keys which i had to purchase new one of the keys is bent, the keyboard when typing feels like its made of sponge, NOT HAPPY!!

My warranty is now ended, how can this be resolved? HELP
