Alienware 17 R3 Video card issues.

Hello. I'm writing this cause I'm really desperate and don't know what else to do.. So few days ago I've bought an Alienware R3 laptop and since then wasn't unable to make Nvidia graphics card work. The card is 980m series, I've tried countless fixes, drivers, windows versions - nothing seems to help. In device manager it shows yellow triangle next to the Nvidia card and when playing games, laptop is using Intel graphics card which greatly impacts performance. There was only time I was able to make the video card do something when I disabled and enabled it in device manager, the screen turns black and normal again like it switched to a Nvidia but after few secs I get a message that" Nvidia has recovered". After that all I was able to achiebe is the yellow triangle in device manager, nothing else. I know this topic is beaten to death but I don't know where else to look for help..
