Hi

I need to purchase a new/genuine BTYAVG1 battery for an Alienware 18 - Any ideas where I can do this? I can't seem to find them listed on the dell website.

These don't have user-replaceable (according to Dell) batteries.   Dell generally doesn't sell these other than with the installation service.

This seems very poor service really. I need to use my laptop up to 12 hours a day with no power supply and I can't even buy the batteries to do so. I guess my only option is eBay, really not great.
