Architecture Keyboard
Hello friends,
I recently bought a Dell Latitude. I noticed that the keyboard has a slight rise in its central part. That is, the keyboard is not perfectly flat, the position of the letters G and H the keyboard is higher over the side.
This is normal in notebooks DELL? Or keyboard is in trouble?

Hi Fernando,
What is the exact system model? Could you send me a private message with the service tag of the system and your contact details and a couple of pictures of the keyboard in different angles indicating the issue.
Restart the system and press f12 key on startup - choose diagnostics. Let it run the diags and if you encounter any errors - make a note of the complete error and report the same to us.
Based on this, we could advise further course of action and book a service call if required.
