Awful experience so far

After spending nearly a thousand dollars on a new Dell xps 13  I would think it would at least be able to connect to the internet without issues. Nope. I have to be extremely close to my router to get any wifi signal at all. Plus the added stress of it constantly disconnecting while online. I purchased this computer for school and because of this wifi problem my grades have been negatively impacted due to internet disconnection during tests and quizzes.

I am extremely unsatisfied. What good is a thousand dollar computer if it has constant internet issues...Not a quality product.

Even if this issue is able to be fixed, I should not have to scour through forums for trouble shooting steps. Get it together Dell.
