I have been having BSOD issues with my Inspiron 5759, Windows 7 Professional, with all latest MS updates.
I ran a Bluescreen Analysis test in Dell website and it found critical errors. It wanted me to run a Bluescreen Troubleshooting. I clicked on the link but nothing happened. Called Dell and they asked me to buy a Software Warranty for $149!
I didn't want to do that unless I know for sure it's a software issues.
Does anyone know why I couldn't run the Bluescreen Troubleshooting link?
