Base system Device
I had to install a new hard drive WD 750 and reinstall windows 7. I think I have everything done now but I have a yellow exclamation point in base system device and another in unknow device.. I have an studio xps 1645
Can you please give me the link to what driver I need to get.

Hi Meggie13,
Try installing the chipset driver named Intel PM45 Express Chipset Family, GM45 Express Chipset Family, PM55 Express Chipset Family, Cantiga Chipset, HM57 Express Chipset Family, v.9.1.1.1015, A01 under Chipset and see if it helps.

You would need to download and install the card reader driver. Click on the link http://dell.to/11iojrK -> type the service tag of the computer -> expand chipset, download and install Ricoh R5C833 driver.

the unknown device is on intel (R) PM55 EXPRESS Chipset LPC interface Controller 3B03
it says the drivers for this device are not installed (Code 28)
where would i FIND that driver

I downloaded the driver and it took out 2 yellow exclamation marks but I still have one saying unknown device. I don't know what that would be. How do I find out?

base system device = Ricoh Card Reader R5C833, CardReader R5U230 SD Card Reader
The other device could be chipset and or INTEL Management Engine AMT driver related.
