Battery stop charging at 45%, plugged in, not charging
Hi Support,
I have issue about battery with my laptop (Dell Precision M5510). Windows 10.
It stop charging at 45%. Show mess plugged in, not charging.
I try fix with tutorial on youtube
In Bios, I try change to option Standard. Battery infomation Excellent
But cannot fix. Please help.

Does the system correctly identify the AC adapter, or does it show "unknown"? F2 at powerup to check.
Is the battery the original one that arrived with the system?
