Battery
I cannot disconnect my laptop from the charger. I recently just purchased a brand new battery and it is not evern working. I can go to the Control Panel to the power options area and it has an X on the main battery and the area where the external battery is was grey. What to I need to do?

Reboot, press F2 when Dell logo appears to go into the bios. See if the battery is showing in the bios and if it is charging.
