Blinking orange light and DXE error

Dear all,

I recently purchased XPS 13 9350.

The problem is when I start the laptop, even when it is fully charged, it doesn't start, it blinks two times white, two times orange color. After trying a couple of times it starts.

The second issue (I guess after recent updates) I am getting this error before start: "boot guard verified dxe is fail". And after I press a key and try to start again it works.

Can you understand what is going on, and suggest a solution?
