Blown speakers

Does anyone know whether the speakers on an XPS 1530 are covered on the warranty as one of mine have blown?

Thanks the chat option doesn't work for me for some reason it does not recognise where I am or where the machine was purchased and therefore won't let me use it which is annoying.  I try not to call them as it costs a fortune and they're fairly rude, arrogent and keen to place you on hold whenever they can so the phone bill goes up.  I don't agree with paying for customer service it's a cost companies should account for when selling a product not try and pay for with extortionate phone calls.
