Blu ray

okay...long story short, I have a blu-ray drive on my computer, but the drive won't play my blu-rays? is this a software issue or what? I can't contact support, as support for my model apparently isn't up yet. and I can't find any drivers or anything that I might need to download. Can anyone tell me what I need to do?
