Blue Screen STOP = 0x0000007B Dell Latitude E6430s

I'm not actually trying to install a new Windows,What might be the cause to this problem and what are the solution to fixing it? Thanks ahead.

It isn't clear what the problem is - are you in fact reloading the OS?  Or does the blue screen come up spontaneously?  If so - when?  At boot?  At random?

The leading suspects for blue screen stops are failing hard drives or bad RAM - run an extended system diagnostic (F12 at powerup).  If you require further information, post any error codes that arise.
