Bluescreen while video load
Hello,
I have the following problem:
Once I have the graphics card a little-occupying, ie watching a DVD or look at a video on youtube,
it crashes the laptop.
There come various blue screen messages, but mostly the:
"A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval".
Here's what I have now tried it:
-Installed Windows.
HDD formatted.
All drivers updated. (of course, the graphics card and BIOS)
-Several players and browsers tested.
CPU tested with Prime 95th
-Other hard drive installed.
and and and ...!
I do not go on! I can only assume even that it is a hardware failure of the hard drive.
I have the following system:
Dell Studio 1557
- 15.6-inch HD-ready display (1366 x 768)
- Intel Core i7 720QM processor (1.6 - 2.8 GHz)
- 4 GB DDR3 RAM
- 320 GB hard drive (7200 rev / min)
- ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570 (512 MB DDR3 VRAM)
- ESATA, HDMI, WLAN Draft-n
- Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
I hope that's enough.
Otherwise, a detailed specification can be found here:

Thanks in advance! I really need some help!

Hi Fugenfred,
Welcome to the community.
I appreciate the time and effort that you took to troubleshoot the issue. It seems graphic card failure on the system and you would require motherboard to be replaced.
If the system is under warranty then please contact me through a private message by clicking on my name highlighted in blue. On the next page, click the envelope icon and provide your service tag and contact information so I may access your system records.
And, if the system is out of warranty then you contact our Expired Warranty Support at the link below:
