Bluetooth On Windows 8.1 Can't Detect Any Device
My dell xps 15 (L521X) cannot detect any device. I can't pair my bluetooth devices to my laptop since, it won't detect any, it just keep loading/ searching.. but my phone can detect my other devices. I have already installed the latest bluetooth driver which from around october of 2013..
Help please.. Thanks!

I have the same problem. Got an LG Tone + for watching Netflix (horror movies while 4 year old son watches tv), won't pair at all. Very disappointed. Connects to my phone easy as pie...
