Bluetooth Radios/Hardware

Hello,

I have an Inspirion 14z (5423 Ultrabook). Two days ago, my Bluetooth hardware disappeared (it happened when Microsoft Updates were being downloaded and installed). As of now, I don't have a bluetooth icon in my laptop. No Bluetooth Radios in my Device Manager. The only Bluetooth related in my Services is Bluetooth Support which is on.

I have gone to Dell Support site and downloaded/installed both the "Dell Wireless 1703 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth Driver" and the "Dell Wireless 1704 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth Driver and reboot. Still no Bluetooth radios or icon.

So what are my other options?  Any suggestions/comments are much aprpeciated.
