1. I have upgraded my dell N5010 laptop to windows 10 everything is functiong ok except Bluetooth.
pl help and suggest solutions.

Hi vikrant_panghal,
Firstly, this model is not compatible to work with W10 - see this link - http://dell.to/1N2hHIt - Hence, Dell would not release any W10 drivers for this model.
You could choose to uninstall the existing BT drivers from control panel -> programs and features and device manger. Update the BIOS from support.dell.com - http://dell.to/1kGWIcI - enter the service tag and select drivers and downloads and run the BIOS update.
From the same link above, download and install the bluetooth / wireless drivers for your OS. Restart and check if it works. If required, try installing the driver in compatibility mode for W7 - see this link on how to - http://bit.ly/1Tixfax
This may or may not work. We would not know until you try it. Even if it does, we cannot assure that your system will be stable on W10. I would suggest you to downgrade the OS to W7/W8.1 for full system functionality - see this link on how to - http://bit.ly/1MeFV1d
