CAHRGING STOPS ON 78%

Hello

I have dell inspiron 1764 with windows 10 updated 5 months before....until now it works fine but from last two days I found that my laptop was not charged above 78%.

I try to found out desktop model in battery but found nowhere,,,,please guide how can I charge my laptop to 100%
