CD problem in Inspiron 5050

Hi,

I've bought for compny new Inspiron with Windows 10. CD drive does not work and is not visible even in BIOS. Main board and CD drive have been changed by DELL but after few hours CD drive became not visible once again (also in BIOS). DELL asked me for sending laptop for further service. I do not know what can be checked if all components have been replaced...

Very poor service.

Do you possible know what is going on? How it can be quickly repaired?
