CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IN INDIA

I purchased Insipron in the USA. Eventually I moved to India and had to log a request for issue I started facing with the laptop which is still under warranty.

India support kept the laptop with them for almost 3 months just to confirm that they can not handle it from India and it has to be done in the USA only as it was purchased there.

Please advise.
