I own Dell Studio XPS 13 with integrated graphics card. Can I upgrade it to Hybrid-SLI tech graphics card?

Not without replacing the system board, which will be expensive and void your warranty.

I feel my gaming experiance is slow as integrated graphics card shares RAM. I have 3GB RAM (DDR-3) (windows 7 32 bit).
So, if I increase RAM to 6GB+ will it really help?

Adding video RAM will help with visual effects but will do nothing for video speed.
