Can i upgrade CPU maximium Laptop Inspiron 3420?
This is my laptop
Can i upgrade CPU maximium to core i5 3xxx or core i7 QM 3xxx (or M 3xxx)?

The CPU is upgradeable - you should be safe up to a third-generation i5 (Ivy Bridge).
The system never shipped with the i7 -- that's unlikely to work (or if it boots, you may wind up with an unstable system due to the extra power/heat from the i7).
