Can't run Dell Power Manager
I installed Dell Power Manager 2.2.1 on a Latitude E7470 and its prompting me to install the DPM Component service and won't detect the battery. I had to turn on the Dell.Command.PowerManager.Service & Dell CommandPowerManager.Service and set them to automatic but the program still won't find the battery.

Does the system setup (firmware) detect the battery? F2 at powerup to check.
What operating system is on the system?

Is this on battery, or with the adapter connected?

Battery information says discharging excellent 91%. AC Adapter: Not installed. The Latitude E7470 is using Windows 10 Enterprise 64 bit.
