I have been trying to download updates for Inspiron M5010 and am very frustrated! When I click download, and it says it is waiting for downloads.dell.com but nothing happens. Eventually I receive a message saying the server could not connect. I have cleared cache, tried on Firefox, chrome, and explorer.
This computer's hard drive was wiped, but not with system recovery tool. (ugh) System recovery partition still exists, but I can't access it. Service tag in bios is correct. I have the disk with original software/drivers. Have reinstalled everything from there.
