Catalyst Control Center Problem

I’ve a Vostro 3560 with Video Card AMD Radeon HD 7670M with Windows 8.

I few weeks ago it has started show this error on switchable graphics:

“Catalystic Control Center: Host application has stopped working”.

When I’ve tried reinstall driver I get this error:

Application Install: install source package not found.

What can I do more?

Hi hildebrandojr,

Welcome to the Community.

Please uninstall the driver before performing the installation.

Restart the system and then install the driver by clicking the link mentioned below:

Hi hildebrandojr,

I would suggest you to uninstall the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package from Control Panel.

Restart the system and then try installing the driver. Ensure that you right click on the driver setup and run as administrator.

Please keep me posted with the results.

Thanks & Regards

Hi hildebrandojr,

Try performing restore for the date the system was working properly. Click the link mentioned below for more information:

NOTE: Restore may remove the applications installed after the restore point but will not remove any files.

Thanks & Regards
