Charge problem Inspiron 5558

Hello!
I have Inspiron 5558. When I bought it I find next problem.
When I turn on laptop it doesn't charge the battery but after I get out cable and insert back the charging process start work normal. I setup in BIOS "Default" and now when I turn on laptop I see message that I use undersized 45W power adapter and I must use 65W adapter. I bought this laptop with that adapter (45W). In technical requirement I found that for this laptop with 40W battery I must use 45W charger. Please what can I do now?
