Charging Issue

I just experienced a charging issue with my Dell XPS 14 laptop, it's flickering from white to yellow and I was wondering what the problem was. I shut down my laptop and it said "The battery is temporally disabled." I am not sure what the problem is.

Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for writing to us!

We would suggest you to reboot the system and tap the F2 key on the keyborad which would bring up the BIOS on the screen in which we would like you to check the battery health and adapter type to see if you get any errors.

If you have a know good adapter kindly connect and check the same as well.

Kindly private message the service tag and email address.

Thanks

Robin

Please click my DELL-username and send me a Private Message with the Dell Service Tag number and your email address.

Note: please don't mention the service tag or email id on the public forum as it contains your personal information
