Code 28 for \Device\0000005f

Hello!

I've got such an issue on my XPS L502X on both Windows 7 and 8.

There are two Unknown Devices:

\Device\0000005f
and

\Device\0000005e

I've got all drivers from Dell installed, but the problem still exists.

Does anybody know what to do with that?

Hi OscarM9,

Kindly follow the below link and ensure that the drivers are installed in the correct order. Also if possible kindly send the snapshot of the device manager.

Unfortunately, Device Manager doesn't show Vendor ID

Hardware ID's are:

ROOT\WPD\0000

and

ROOT\WPD\0001
