D600 no boot, NUM LOCK - ON, CAPS - OFF, SCROLL - OFF

Hi,

My Latitude D600 won't boot. Mostly it hangs with NUM LOCK led ON, and other two leds OFF. The display stays blank, although I notice something like back lights goes on (not sure). I can't find anywhere what that means.

Any ideas?
