DELL 1558 GETS SWITCHED OFF
I bought my dell studio 1558 laptop about one month ago.
my laptop gets switched off all of a sudden after i use it for around 20 minutes even before shutting down my laptop.
my laptop has mcafee antivirus plus it did not report any virus and even the hardware scan did not report any error.
I have tried system restore and it did not work.
I had mcafee antivirus plus installed and it did not report any viruses.
I am having thisprobles for few days please help me with this problem . thanks in advance

try a system restore and see if that solves the problem.

To figure out if you're dealing with a software or hardware problem try running a free OS from USB stick. No need to change anything on your harddisk.
If that keeps your system running the problem is windows.A re-activating a restore point might help, but can easily not be the solution.
If your system passes out with the free OS - it's most likely hardware.
The first corner to look at is RAM memory. Swap, change, remove or replace to figure out if it's memory and which memory bank is faulty.
