Dell - why aren't you helping your customers with this issue! Not acceptable for a 20 year loyal customer! I'm out of warranty by 30 days, but I understand it was not ever covered under warranty. NOT GOOD. You know this is a common issue, why are you ignoring us. I was just told the repair would cost be $269 and I need a new LCD. WHAT!!!!! If you do not repair this for free I will be sure to pursue further action. Please help! Thank you.
