Apologies that your computer is not working as expected.
Unfortunately software support without a fee is only available for the first 30 days. As was stated in your post, Dell did offer to provide software support, however it is not for free.
This information is clearly explained in your your service contracts.
If you are wanting the users here on the Forum to assist you with your issue, you will have to be more specific as to what's going on, rather than just saying you have a software issue.
Please post back, with your issue, maybe it's a simple one.
