DELL Inspiron 15r--Please help
Help. Please.
I purchased my Dell in 2013. It's been very good then all of sudden, things started happening.
When I turn on my computer It says it cannot boot then if it does load it freezes. As of right now I am getting a pop that says System restore. However I don't want to do it because I'm scared it will delete my files/picture and stuff like that. will it delete my personal data? please help!

Thank you for writing to us!
System Restore can make changes to Windows system files, registry settings, and programs installed on your computer. It also can make changes to scripts, batch files, and other types of executable files on your computer. Personal files, such as documents, e‑mail, photos, and music files, are not changed.
Note: We would always suggest you to back up all you personal file on an External HDD.
Once this is done you could restore the system to an earlier point when the system worked fine.
