DELL Inspiron 5559 delay charging problem

I just received new Dell Inspiron 5559. During installation windows I found my battery backup availability 70%. i started windows installation and plugged in charger but battery didnt start charging. Laptop battery charging led indication was off and battery icon showing unplugged while my dell charger led is glowing. After half an hour laptop charging led indication got on. Now when I start charging it doesn't take place charging immediately. It starts charging after 20-30 mins. May help pls.

Thank you for writing to Dell Community Forum.

Please update the BIOS and chipset driver from our Dell Support Site.

When you initial plug the adapter, boot into the BIOS and check on the status of the battery and adapter.

Please private message us the service tag of the system along with your email id.
