DELL LATITUDE 6520 USB not working anymore

Thanks Robert, I already tried those steps and nothing. Also I re-installed the System and Chipset drivers from the DELL webpage and my camera stop working also.

Is there anything that I can check? In Devices I see that I have 2 unknow devices, researching I saw that is the following program:

usb vid_8087 pid_0024

When I uninstall and re-install the drivers that I have right now on Universal Serial Bus at Device Manager, those Unknown Devices appear I think that something is missing in my computer to the USB Ports work again.

Do you have any advise?

Well, if you have tried everything, then I would suggest a OS reinstall.  Make sure you have everything backed up before you do it.
