DELL Vostro 3450 CPU i7 2.80GHz RAM 16GB, Performance is slow
Dear Support,
I bought one notebook DELL Vostro 3450 CPU i7 2.80GHz, RAM 16GB and I think it's performance is very good for me.
But, after I install Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 64-bit and set up already any devices driver and not yet any application installation, I observe that it's performance it differs from my thinking. It's performance like CPU i3 or less than.
Do you have any idea about this issue? Thank you in advance for your support!

Ensure that you install the drivers in the order mentioned in the below link.

Also run a hardware diagnostics on the system to check for any hardware issues. Please follow the steps below to run the diagnostics.
Turn the computer off >restart the computer.
At the Dell logo screen, start tapping the F12 key a few times until you see the ‘One Time Boot Menu’ appear.
At the one time boot menu, press the down arrow key to highlight ‘Diagnostic’, and then press Enter to begin the diagnostics.
