I purchased a Dell XPS 13, however i keep getting crashes where i have to hard reset the machine. On reboot i get the error message "no bootable device found".
I returned the laptop to the Company I purchased it from and they returned it saying no problems identified with Hardware , they only re-installed the OS.
After searching the forums i think that this is a specific compatibility issue with the SK Hynix 512GB SSD.

Apologies that your system is not working as expected.
In researching this, other users have tried the Dell Hardware diagnostics on the system by pressing the F12 key on system startup, make a note any error codes.
Also check if the system's event logs to see if any errors are listed in os . That will help with troubleshooting.
