DELL XPS 13 - Loose USB Port & Underclocked CPU

Hi Dell Community,

I was wondering if any of you guys have had a loose USB port where it wiggles specifically on the right side of the DELL XPS 13?

Also I was wondering if you guys are managing to hit the max turbo boost of 2.6ghz on the core i5 4th gen 4200U CPU?

Mine claims to only hit 2.3ghz, but when I stressed tested the CPU, it hits 2.46ghz max on task manager.
