DELL XPS 15Z border damage, who's responsibility? Customer? Concerning Dell's laptop quality and after sale service.
I brought Dell XPS 15z last October, when I got this laptop I saw there was a little area that out of stick in the right border. I didn't care that much because I trust the dell's quality and I believed that border will not lost glue again. But 4 months later I realized that the border begin losing the stick for a large area.
I had to contact dell service and asked for repairing it. To my surprise dell said this damage is not under the standard warranty and I should pay for all the cost of repair or replacement.
I am so disappointed because I believed in dell's laptop quality, but now I got a nature damage and dell doesn't take this responsibility at all.
I don't think this is out of the standard warranty because this damage was not caused by myself but the quality of dell's laptop.
