Dell 15R SE (7520) screen replacement
I was interested in replacing my 1366x768 panel with a FHD panel. Does anyone have the original part number of the 7520 FHD screen so I could get that? Also will the LVDS cable currently in my laptop be compatible with a higher resolution screen? Thanks

No, the current cable will not work with a high resolution screen. You will need a new cable compatible with the higher resolution screen.
