Dell 17/1749 lap top volume controls diappeared off lap top screen.
I am trying to find out with out calling Dell tech services where my volume controls on the desk top screen went. I have a volume controls on F7 mute,F8 lower, and F9 higher when I use to push on them the 3 differnet controls showed on my lap top screen. Now there is nothing the volume works fine but I just cant see how loud it is . Thanks

Try installing Dell QuickSet Utility to get back the volume bar.
