Dell 5559 laptop Hangs 5 times in a day

Hi Guys,

I have just purchase a new dell laptop 5559 with I7-7gen, 16RAM, 2 TB HDD. this is almost very high configuration as of now generation, but still this laptop getting Hang up daily.

My all drivers are up to date with latest patch from dell.

Could any one help me on this case please?

Hi Pratik Kansagara,

Thank you for reaching out to Dell Community Forum.

Run the on-board Dell diagnostics <,F12> and capture any error message or code you might receive.

Does the system freeze on any specific application?

Can you boot into Safe mode and check if the issue occurs on it.

We have same another problem with another same model laptop.

Laptop Model Number = Dell Inspiron 5559

Service TAG No. =

So, Could please help me to solve this?
