Dell 7350 High pitched squeal when docked and on battery

Having an odd issue.  Just got a Dell 7350 (used).  Working just fine. When I take and dock it to its keyboard, there is a high-pitched squeal coming from either the speakers (it's docked so I'm not positive) or the back lower portion of the tablet.  If I plug power into the keyboard, the squeal stops.  If I undock the keyboard, the squeal stops.  It's ONLY when it's docked and on battery power.  I have done a BIOS update and an audio driver update, but no better.  I'm guess it's something about the power saving mode, but not sure.  May be some sort of grounding issue between the keyboard and the tablet while it's passing power from the keyboard battery to the main tablet, but just not sure. Any suggestions?  I'm going to try different power modes to see if it helps.  Thanks for any suggestions.

Bill

I have the exact same issue-- It is so loud it makes the laptop completely unusable. Dell's suggested work arounds for other laptop noise issues don't seem to work.
