Dell 7520/15R SE and WIN 8.1

Hello, All.

Can anyone guide me regarding the Video card issue with Dell 7520 15R SE. I updated some months before while having issue with catalyst control center .Dell tech guys told me that I should back to win 8 , because Dell 7520 has an issue with 8.1 . is it still exist ? should I upgrad from windos 8 store the 8.1? or may be I still should work on 8.
