Dell 7720 randomly turning of and don't starts than

Hello! My laptop starts time-to-time randomly switch of without any error screens, no matter works I under Win or Linux. When I trying start it than - I listen that processor cooler works but that's all (no screen, or any other indicators). The only way to start it - remove and install again all power, including battery. If do this 5-10 times it starts normally.  Sometimes it switching of during loading bios.

Maybe some one has any idea, because two authorized services are failed to help me.
