I have a Dell DA200 that I use on my XPS 13 Late 2016 and it broke down. I'm unable to activate the warranty or find any useful email to ask for support because this product only has a serial number and does not have a Service Tag. Can please someone help me? I bought on Amazon UK and I'm from Portugal.
Adapters and parts are not warrantied like computers. It most likely had a basic 30 - 90 day warranty that does not need activation. Only computers have service tags.
